Serving as a richest source milk fat amongst the western dairy products and highly fat soluble vitamins like A,D,E & K, Butter Oil is healthy fat concentrate procured mainly from butter or cream by the removal oof all the water and solids leaving fat within butter. It is generally used in the production of blended milk, for reformation into butter. Besides,it is also used in the manufacture of ice cream, as a cooking medium and in the confectionery industry.Butter oil is also utilized in the production of various types of fat spreads.

The Skimmed Milk Powder is specifically made by removing the fat from whole milk by using a cream separator. Vitamin A and other fat-soluble vitamins are removed. The Skimmed Milk Powder is suitable for many therapeutic conditions like, diabetic, obesity, high cholesterol, heart diseases, hypertension and many more. Skimmed milk has only 2.5gms of protein, 29kcal of energy, 120mgs of calcium, 90 mgs of phosphorous and fat only 0.1gms per 100ml.
